These sessions can be 1 on 1 - 1 client or Small Group trainings - up to 2 clients per small group.

Contact Us to briefly chat about your goal, WHY do you want to work with a Personal trainer. and discuss some details about your training: type/frequency/location/Package type that fits your schedule..

The training sessions usually take place at the client’s place.

Once we set these details, you will receive the Pre-assessment forms to fill out before our first session.

Each session starts with a Free Assessment where we establish some baselines what we can use to set up your personalized workout program and to compare your growth during your trainings.
