Each Mobility + Core class consists of a core workout section and a mobility/flexibility section.
Based on the science of functional movement, CIRCL Mobility™ focuses on flexibility, breath work, and mobility exercises to help You move better, longer. Set to a soundtrack of healing tones + sound frequencies to help your mind focus and release stress.
Work your core and mobilize your whole body with exercises designed for joint strength, stability and flexibility and help you move freely in your daily activities.

Core + Mobility at the Barn
2 Winter sessions: a PM and an AM session
9 week PM Winter session on Tuesdays 6 - 7 pm from Jan 14 to Mar 11
9 week AM Winter session on Wednesdays 10 -11 am from Jan 15 to Mar 12
Bring a MAT, indoor fitness shoes + water bottle
Location: upstairs in the gym
Entrance is on the South side of the building, facing the tennis courts
Free Parking is available in the Upper Parking lot, located on the West side of the building

Mobility and Core - In the Park
these outdoor classes will resume in the Summer

Outdoors in the grassy area west of the Shawnessy Barn
Bring a matt + water bottle for the workout
Wear comfortable shoes or socks or barefoot for the workout
Sunscreen, bug repellent is recommended being an outdoor class
Free parking in the upper parking lot of the Shawnessy Community Centre
classes are weather dependant - you will be notified via email 1 hour before class, if it is cancelled due to weather
