Each Mobility + Core class consists of a mobility/flexibility and a core workout section.

Family friendly fitness program focusing on physical literacy - the competence, confidence and knowledge to engage in physical actvities from early ages and to be active for life.

It consists of fun, engaging fitness activities, games for kids with their parents that promote muscle and joint strength, healthy bones, improve balance and posture, decreases stress and hyperactivity and improves bonding between parents and kids.

Outdoor Bootcamp

Combine strength, cardio and core exercises in a fun, functional movement based workout for a full body burn.

Workout combines a variety of training types to maximize the calorie burn and make it engaging.

This group fitness workout combines bootcamp style interval training: HIIT with Mobility.

  1. The HIIT is based on the STRONG Nation® program. It incorporates functional body weight cardio , muscle conditioning and plyometric training . In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. - your core. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats,. It also incorporates some basic kickboxing moves. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even more.

  2. The Mobility section is based on the CIRCL Mobility™ program., which is based on the science of functional movement. It focuses on flexibility, breathwork, and mobility exercises to help You move better, longer. Set to a soundtrack of healing tones + sound frequencies to help your mind focus and release stress.
