I ACKNOWLEDGE and AGREE that I am voluntarily participating in the physical activities offered by the services of Gofunfit. My participation is at my own risk. I am aware of any risks associated with these physical activities and that, by virtue of participating, I waive any claims that I have or may have for any accident, injury or loss resulting from, or associated with, my participation in these fitness activities.
