Bootcamp / Mobility fusion
Strength + Sweat + Release - all in one fusion workout combining the benefits of high intensity interval training and stress releaving stretching
Bootcamp combines strength, cardio and core exercises in a fun, functional movement based workout for a full body burn. It combines a variety of training types to maximize the calorie burn and make it fun and engaging.
Mobility is a mix of flexibility and mobility exercises designed to help you move better and reduce stiffness. It combines elements of traditional stretching with dynamic movements to improve joint ROM. It also includes breath work focusing on breathing techniques to release stress, enhance relaxation and body awareness.

Summer session: July 7 - Aug 21, 6 weeks (Skip week: July 20 - 24)
2 sessions: Bootcamp/Mobility-AM and Bootcamp/Mobility-PM
Bootcamp/Mobility-AM session on Wednesdays 10 - 11 am - 6 classes (no class on July 22 - Skip week)
Bootcamp/Mobility-PM session on Tuesdays 6 - 7 pm - 6 classes (no class on July 21- Skip week)
Bring your matt, fitness shoes + water bottle
Location: Shawnessy Barn/, upstairs in the gym or outdoors in the Park, by the Barn
Entrance to the Barn is on the South side of the building, facing the tennis courts
Free Parking is available in the Upper Parking lot, located on the West side of the building

FIT FAMILY FUN
Family friendly fitness program focusing on physical literacy - the competence, confidence and knowledge to engage in physical activities from early ages and to be active for life.
It consists of fun, engaging fitness activities, games for kids with their parents that promote muscle and joint strength, healthy bones, improve balance and posture, decreases stress and hyperactivity and improves bonding between parents and kids.
Outdoor Family Bootcamp workouts run in the Summer.
