Would you like a healthy, nutritious snack high in protein, fiber, healthy fats, antioxidnants and it’s super easy to make?


Try this delicious Chia pudding recipe

Measure 1/4 cup chia seeds and 1 cup milk

(modify the amounts as per your needs).

Pour milk over the seeds

Sprinkle some natural vanilla extract, cinnamon and/or cloves/nutmeg for some added flavour.

Let it rest for at least an hour in the fridge.

It can also stay overnight.

Top with some berries

Serve it topped with berries to make it a bit  sweater and add more antioxidants to your snack.
