Green Smoothie

Healthy smoothies are a great way to nourish your body. You can have it for breakfast, as a snack, lunch or whenever your body is ready for it.

Starting your day with a high protein, high fiber, low carbohydrate meal is crucial to keep you nourished for your day. A healthy smoothie could be just right for that.


Try this delicious Green Smoothie

Add  mixed greens (spinach, swiss chard, kale, lettuce, arugula, any fresh green leafy vegetables you like)

Peel and cut up an avocado and a banana and add into the greens

Sprinkle some hemp hearts, flax seeds, chia seeds

Sprinkle some hemp hearts, flax seeds, chia or other seeds you prefer to add some healthy fats and protein into your smoothie

Add plain yogurt or kefir and/or milk to get the right consistency.

Optionally, you can add some berries to make it a bit  sweater. They will also add antioxidants to your meal.

Mix well and ENJOY!
